Love this! And I want to add, it's not just fat talk that needs to stop (at least for me), it's also stupid talk. Just yesterday I said something about my brain not working, or not having a brain, or something along those lines. When my 3-year-old responded with "You have a good brain!" I realized what I'm doing - and I do NOT want her growing saying things like that to/about herself. So, for me, I think I need to focus on using positive phrases and cutting out/back the negative things I say about myself, even if I'm saying them half-jokingly. :) It all comes right back to loving myself!
